Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReimburseFlow, operated by Liveupx. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ReimburseFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for employee reimbursement workflows. Features, plans, and limits are described on our Pricing page.
2. Accounts and organizations
An "Organization" is a tenant created on signup. The first user becomes Org Owner. Owners and Admins are responsible for the users they invite and the roles assigned.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- No probing or attempting to access another tenant's data.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limit evasion.
- No use of the platform for processing payments outside its intended reimbursement scope.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat in advance. Late payments may result in suspension. Refunds are at our discretion.
5. Data
You retain ownership of the data your organization puts into ReimburseFlow. We process it under the Data Processing Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with prior notice where reasonable.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Delhi, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
